Didn't get discount

After being a loyal customer and spreading the the name I was very disappointed when I didn't get the discount on my last order after putting it in. I tried reaching out and was contacted by Hazel whom basically said big deal. I and my wife are both disabled veteran on a fixed income and that discount makes a big difference to us that's why we stopped giving our business to the local smoke shops and sought and found ejuice and even though we've had some crappie items we've received we continued to frequent the business.
