Orders & Shipping Information

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

We here at Ultimate Vape Deals place a strong emphasis on order processing and shipping time, and we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, and our goal is to have all orders placed by 2pm Central Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.

Any orders placed Friday after 3pm CST, Saturday or Sunday, will not be picked up by a local carrier until the next business day. You may receive a shipping confirmation email over the weekend, but this simply means your order was processed and will ship out the following business day and begin tracking.

Please allow 24-72 hours to receive tracking information on your order. Keep in mind that some of our deals are so popular that we literally can have hundreds, if not thousands, of orders within a 24 hour period. We have a large staff that is working diligently to make sure that each and every order ships on time, is accurately packaged, and delivers to our customers as quickly as possible.

EXPECTED LEAD TIMES

  • 24 hours to 72 hours to ship and provide tracking.
  • Once your order has shipped, it takes an average of 3-5 days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    ISSUES WITH MY ORDER.

    • Discount Codes
      • Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be used. We are unable to process a discount code after an order has been received, and refunds will not be issued due to a discount code not being applied prior to the order being submitted. Discount codes can be applied prior to the checkout screen through your cart.

    • My shipment is delayed or lost
      • If a shipment goes 3 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to support.  Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved. 

      • My order is incorrect
        • Please email us at sales@ultimatevapedeals.com immediately if the order you have received was incorrect for any reason. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and if there is an issue, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
        • Hardware policy
          • All hardware is final sale.
        If the device is DOA you may reach out to sales@ultimatevapedeals.com. Be sure to include pictures and video showing the issue. (No EXCEPTIONS). If a pre-approval return is granted we will have the device returned. Once the device has been received back it can take up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. If approved we will re-ship a new device as long as it is in stock or provide you with store credit to go towards future orders. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost will only be deducted from gift card amount should the device be found to not be DOA.
            Note: Even though local carriers can offer very reliable, expedient service, delays and errors may occur. Ultimate Vape Deals is not responsible for any type of error or delay caused by a local shipping service.
