Great product

This is the best menthol I've had so far and now the only one I get. I usually buy 4 at a time because they are constantly sold out. I wish you'd keep them stocked up!

Horrible customer service

I ordered product from this company on February 22, today is March 13, when I placed the order, the shipment said delivery and 3 to 5 days. My package has been lost since March 5 and they told me I have to wait 10 days for it to be lost before they will do anything to help me. I will never order from this company again. Customer service is horrible not willing to help you. They should’ve sent out a replacement when I contacted them 10 days ago.
