Juice is great but service not so great

I love Coastal Clouds eJuice, but I was not happy with the customer service provided to me. I saw an offer on your website for free shipping on orders $75 or more. I made sure to order six bottles of various juices to get free shipping; however, I was charged for shipping. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a partial refund or perhaps a credit on a future order only to be told this was not something that could be done.

I'm not sure I will order from this retailer in the future.

Very nice taste not for all day for me, kinda taste like a little tea with lemon but in a good way. Lemon is not strong.
