Poor customer service

Called to cancel before item was shipped and was told no refunds. Item was allegedly shipped but I was no longer there to receive it. $80 wasted with no cancel or money back. Found elsewhere that was more accommodating and customer focused.

Bad flavor

I enjoy most of Cloud Nurdz flavors, but the cherry apple was bitter. Not only was it bitter and had a bad flavor, but the taste stayed in my mouth for a long time.
