One of pods didn't work

I order a few different refill clickmate pods, I opened all the flavors to try when they first arrived, and one of my Hawaiian gummy pods didn't work. I tried calling and emailing but haven't heard anything, But other than that the pods have a great taste and they helped me quit cigarettes

Great flavor, not long lasting

I was so excited to find a product that is refillable. The bomb pop flavor is great! Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to last too long before tasting burnt. 😞
