Pacha Fuji Apple Strawberry Nectarine eJuice

I am writing to report a serious safety hazard and multiple fulfillment issues with my recent order from your store. I sent a message on shop with no response and now the situation has turned from an inconvenience of faulty devices and missing items to a serious safety hazard. Several items arrived incorrect, defective, or in unsafe condition.

Incorrect and Missing Items

I only received one (1) bottle of Pacha Fiji Apple Strawberry Nectarine instead of two.

I received Blueberry Cake instead of Blueberry Raz.

The OFT Vape Juice I ordered was missing entirely.

The Fiji Apple Strawberry Nectarine I did receive has an abnormal, chemical-like taste even after testing with two new coils — it does NOT taste like it supposed to.

Defective and Hazardous Vaporizers

Both Spaceman Strawberry Lime disposable vaporizers arrived leaking in their bags.

One was completely empty upon arrival.

The other would not power on and, after attempting to charge it, melted from the base overnight, spilling e-liquid across my desk.

The melted device left residue and caused surface damage — and could easily have started a fire in my office. I have photographic evidence of the damage and the melted vaporizer as well as photos after opening the packages below, both in a zip document and a google photos album link.

Given the extreme safety risk and product defects, I am demanding a full refund for the entire order immediately. I will also be reporting this incident to SMOK/Spaceman and to the appropriate consumer safety authorities if this is not resolved promptly, as these vaporizers present a clear fire and chemical hazard.

My office contains over $80,000 worth of computers for Software engineering and 3D rendering, recording equipment & numerous musical instruments, guitars, pianos and synthesizers, and this incident could have caused catastrophic damage. I expect a full refund and instructions for the safe disposal or return of the defective products within 48 hours.
