How to operate

Ok so this is my first NYKD ICON please someone explain the on switch on the bottom has 2 settings, also I just want normal vape not the strong one, what do I need to push the button on the screen, I understand I need to push it but the 2 flames on it which is which.. I tried to google the screen difference but nothing, just tells me to switch to normal mode.. please help

Didn't vibe with the flavor I picked, but it hits great. No issues with the vape itself. Would def try the brand again but with a different flavor
