Jam Monster Salt Grape Description

We start off by gathering as many grapes from the famous California vineyards as we could carry. Once we arrived back in our kitchen, we crushed the grapes into a thick and syrupy mush. We added a bit of water and a few cups of sugar, then set the grape mixture to boil in a saucepan. While the jam bubbled away merrily, we carved a thick slice of bread from the brioche loaf and tossed it into our toaster.

We set the dial to toast the bread to a delicious golden brown, and rummaged around in our fridge till we found some freshly made sweet butter. The timer chimes and out sails the freshly toasted bread, landing on a waiting plate. We smeared the butter onto the toast and watched the butter melt into the crevices of the toast. Lastly, we smothered heaping spoonfuls of grape jam onto the toast and stuffed it into the 30mL bottle you see before you.
